A Hands-On Start to Creative Sewing for Kids Ages 8–14
Perfect for beginners or children with a little sewing experience, this school-year program is the official first step in our Craft & Design Academy.
Students learn both machine and hand sewing while building patience, focus, and the confidence to create from scratch.
Through fun, easy projects such as scrunchies, napkins, and pillows, young makers discover how fabric, thread, and imagination come together.
They also explore:
-
🧵 Sewing-machine operation and safety
-
✂️ Basic hand-sewing techniques
-
🧩 Simple pattern cutting and assembly
-
🌟 Finishing details that make projects shine
