Enrollment, Tuition & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Enrollment is open based on class availability. Your first payment secures your child’s place in the program.
Our programs are designed as ongoing, school-year programs focused on consistent, long-term creative development.
Annual tuition is divided into 9 equal monthly payments for the convenience of our families and to provide simple, predictable payments throughout the school year.
Monthly payments are installments of the annual tuition and do not represent the number of classes held in a particular month. Some months may include more class meetings than others.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the results of our programs. Every new student is protected by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Have your child participate consistently during their first 30 days. If your child does not demonstrate progress in the skills taught during that period, we will refund your tuition.
Progress means developing a skill or ability your child did not have before — for example, learning to draw something they could not draw before, understanding a new technique, or becoming able to complete a creative task they previously could not do.
The guarantee is based on student progress and skill development, not simply whether a child decides they like or dislike a class.
Students joining after the beginning of the school year may enroll in programs that still have availability. In some programs, new students may be asked to begin at the start of the following month to ensure a smooth transition into the group.
Family Discounts
We offer special savings for families participating in our long-term school-year programs:

10% Sibling Discount
Families enrolling more than one child in qualifying long-term programs receive 10% off the additional child's tuition.
Save $150 with Annual Payment

Discounts apply to qualifying long-term programs and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes. Workshops, camps, and short-term programs are excluded.
Make-Up Classes
We understand that occasional absences happen.
For qualifying absences, students may attend another available, age-appropriate class as a make-up when space is available.
If classes are canceled because of severe weather, up to two additional classes may be added to the school-year calendar.
Make-up classes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Withdrawal Policy
We require two weeks' notice before withdrawing from a program.
Tuition already paid is non-refundable.
Any long-term enrollment discount is based on continued participation. If a student withdraws early, promotional or commitment-based discounts may be void and standard tuition rates may apply.
Placement for Students Receiving Special-Education Services
Aneta Art Classes – School of Creativity provides general-education enrichment programs and is not a special-education or therapeutic facility.
Students should be able to:
- Follow multi-step directions with minimal assistance.
- Work safely and respectfully in a small-group environment.
- Maintain an age-appropriate level of focus and independence.
Families of students receiving special-education services, including students with an IEP or 504 plan, should book a Placement Meeting before enrollment so we can determine whether our learning environment and available programs are an appropriate fit. Book a Discovery Appointment
