๐ School Year Schedule, No-School Days & Make-Up Classes
Our programs follow a structured academic calendar:
๐ Program Duration: Runs from September 2 to May 23.
๐ Breaks & No-School Days: We observe major holidays, including:
-
Thanksgiving Break Nov 24-28
-
Winter Break Dec 22-Jan 3
-
Spring Break March 23- 28
๐ Summer Programs: Enrollment for summer camps and workshops is separate, and no enrollment fee is required for short term programs..
๐ Enrollment Fee & Registration Policy
To ensure commitment and maintain the quality of our programs, we require an enrollment fee when a student activates their participation.
โ Enrollment Fee: A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $45 will be required for all new enrollments starting July 1. If a student withdraws and later returns, the enrollment fee must be paid again.
๐ Why is there an enrollment fee?
This fee helps us secure spots for committed students, maintain small class sizes, and provide structured learning experiences. It also supports program development, progress tracking, and teacher preparation to ensure every student receives the best education possible.
โ
Payment Schedule for Families Enrolling Now for Fall Programs
- Your initial payment will be applied to September's tuition, and your next payment will be due before October.
โ
Hold Option: Students can pause their enrollment for up to one month without being considered withdrawn. After one month, re-enrollment with the activation fee is required.
โ
Commitment: Our programs are designed for long-term creative growth, and we encourage families to commit to consistent participation for the best learning experience.
โ
No Enrollment Fee for Summer Camps, Workshops, or Self-Paced Programs.
๐ฐ Monthly Tuition & Annual Fee Structure
Our tuition is structured as an annual / school-year fee, divided into nine equal installments, to ensure financial clarity and stability for families.
-
Annual Tuition: Covers the full school year (SeptemberโMay) with structured learning over nine months.
-
Equal Installments: Tuition is divided into 9 equal payments, regardless of the number of classes in a given month.
-
Materials & Supplies:
-
In-Person Classes: Tuition includes materials.
-
Online Classes: Parents are responsible for purchasing supplies. A supply add-on kit is available for purchase at checkout for convenience for some of our remote programs.
This structure ensures transparency, making budgeting simple for families while maintaining the highest quality of instruction.
๐งฉ Placement for Special Education Students
At Aneta Art Classes โ School of Creativity, our programs are designed as general-education enrichment.
While many students with mild learning differences can benefit from our creative structure and small-group approach, we are not a special-education facility.
To ensure every student is placed in the most supportive environment, families of students receiving special-education services (including IEP or 504 plans) are required to book a Placement Meeting with our General Advisor before enrollment.
During this short consultation, weโll review your childโs needs and recommend the most appropriate group or program.
โ Eligibility Requirements
To participate successfully, students should be able to:
-
Follow multi-step directions with minimal assistance.
-
Work safely and respectfully in a small-group environment.
-
Demonstrate focus and a reasonable level of independence.
Because we specialize in general-education art programs, we cannot accommodate all special-education needs.
If a student requires continuous one-on-one support or therapeutic instruction, our advisor may suggest alternative programs better suited to those needs.
๐ To begin the placement process, please book a Discovery Appointment with our General Advisor.
๐ Late Enrollment Policy
We accept new students for some of our programs throughout the school year, but to maintain program structure:
โ
Students can only start at the beginning of a new month. Mid-month enrollments are not allowed.
โ
Tuition is charged on a monthly basis, so students joining after September will pay from the first full month of participation.
This ensures that students begin with a structured learning experience without disruption.

Elite Mentorship for Creative Minds
ย
At Aneta Art Classes โ School of Creativity, our programs are built aroundย elite mentorship, not mass instruction.
We work with children in a focused, guided environment where creativity develops through personal attention, thoughtful feedback, and long-term guidance. Each child is seen, supported, and challenged in a way that respects their individual pace and potential.
This mentorship-based approach supports creative minds who are ready to build skills deeply, think independently, and grow with purpose โ not through shortcuts, but through meaningful practice and care.
Our Student Success Path

ย
Our Student Success Path shows how children progress naturally from foundational skills to confident creative mastery. Each level builds on the one before it, allowing growth to happen in a healthy, supported way.
LEVEL 1 โ FOUNDATION
We begin by building a strong creative foundation.
Children develop focus, fine motor skills, confidence, and comfort working with materials and tools.
This stage supports attention, hand strength, coordination, and emotional readiness โ essential foundations for creative learning and long-term success.
LEVEL 2 โ SKILLS
At this level, children develop real hands-on skills through guided practice.
They learn control, coordination, and how to work with intention rather than guesswork.
Skill development at this stage builds consistency and helps children feel capable and confident in their abilities.
LEVEL 3 โ THINKING
Children begin to think, not just copy.
They develop creative and visual thinking, recognize structure, and understand how choices affect outcomes.
This level strengthens problem-solving, observation, and decision-making โ skills that extend far beyond art.
LEVEL 4 โ CREATION
Ideas turn into meaningful projects.
Children practice design thinking, planning, and project-based learning, working step by step toward a clear goal.
They learn how to start, adjust, and complete work independently, developing perseverance, ownership, and creative responsibility.
LEVEL 5 โ MASTERY
This is where confidence and creative identity come together.
Children work with clarity, independence, and pride in what they create.
Mastery does not mean perfection โ it means understanding, ownership, and the confidence to express ideas thoughtfully and creatively.
Why This Method Works
Our method reflects how children truly learn and develop:
-
Skills are built before independence is expected
-
Learning is structured, not rushed
-
Confidence grows through progress, not pressure
-
Creativity develops through practice, mentorship, and guidance
This approach allows children to feel supported, motivated, and successful at every stage of their creative journey.
More Than Art Classes
Our structured art programs for children support much more than artistic ability.
They strengthen fine motor development, focus, creative thinking, problem-solving, and confidence โ skills that benefit children in school and in life.
Through small groups and mentorship-based learning, we offer an elite creative education experience rooted in structure, care, and long-term development.
At Aneta Art Classes โ School of Creativity, we help children grow into thoughtful, independent creators through structured creative education and hands-on learning.
