From Careful Observation to Confident Artistic Expression
In this year-long course, students learn to compose and arrange objects on the page, build a sense of space and proportion, and draw with accuracy and confidence.
They practice measuring with the pencil like real artists, explore perspective and depth, and develop precise fine-motor control through traditional still life and figure studies.
By working step-by-step, children strengthen their focus, patience, and visual thinking, learning to see the world through an artist’s eye.
This foundational training supports any creative path—and for future art-school applicants, it’s an excellent way to begin building a strong portfolio early on.
