Today most of the kids are struggling with attention deficit, very poor motor skills, and big electronic devices addiction. Our Youth Atletic Development program is another way to calm and relax our very stressed kids and help them to develop motor skills and improve their ability to focus.
In our athletic program, we use special proven technics to improve not just kids' health in general, but also their ability to focus and improve their motor skills, we also use special exercises focusing on both brain sides development.
There are so much researches showing that kids going to art and sports classes have better performance in school and are more successful when are adults.
The best combination is going to both.
Our Youth Athletic Development Program offers an innovative approach to training, build on a solid athletic foundation. Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense 60-minute workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety. The athletic program mainly focuses on coordination, speed, and explosiveness. For example, we use an agility ladder where you need to use your hand and eye coordination which makes your brain get to work. This is proven to help strengthen how fast the brain can process things.
The workout consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training, and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. All groups are led by our qualified staff members to allow maximum attention.
